We provide expert servicing and repairs for home standby generators to ensure your system stays reliable, efficient, and ready when you need it most. Whether it's routine maintenance or troubleshooting an issue, our team is here to help.
Routine maintenance is essential to ensure the continued reliability and optimal performance of your automatic standby generator.
Service is recommended once a year or after 150 hours of use—whichever comes first.
Please note: Annual maintenance and battery replacement are not covered under warranty. Any parts, repairs, or labor beyond the standard service checklist will be billed additionally, if applicable.
Please have your generator’s model and serial number available at the time of booking so we can provide accurate pricing and arrive with the appropriate materials.
A credit card on file is required to secure your appointment.
Battery Replacement
Generator batteries typically have a lifespan of 4 to 5 years. When it’s time for a replacement, we provide and install high-quality batteries to keep your system reliable.
The cost of battery replacement ranges from $185 to $225 + tax, depending on the battery required for your unit.
Dispatch and Repairs
When unexpected issues arise, we offer prompt emergency dispatch to get your generator back up and running as quickly as possible.
Working hours:
$300 + tax — includes dispatch and the first hour of labor
$125/hr + tax — each additional hour, if needed
Parts billed separately, if applicable
